- A felhasználóktól beérkező kérések kezelése telefonon és e-mailen keresztül (jellemzően Microsoft Office-al, Windows operációs rendszerrel, e-maillel kapcsolatos problémák)
- Informatikai problémák megoldása partnercégünk ügyfeleinek első kapcsolattartóként (1. szintű informatikai támogatás)
- Felhasználók technikai kérdéseinek kiértékelése és dokumentációja (precíz ügyintézés, hívások naplózása jegykezelő eszközön)
- Az első szinten nem megoldható problémák delegálása az illetékes 2. szintű csapatokhoz
- Adatbázisok kezelése
- Ügyfél-elégedettségi szint fenntartása és javítása a felhasználók megfelelő tájékoztatásával az egyes kérdésekről
- Minimum B2 - munkavégzésre alkalmas nyelvtudás az alábbi nyelvek egyikén: Német, Francia, Olasz, Spanyol, Holland, Lengyel, Svéd, Norvég, Orosz
- A fenti nyelvek mellett elvárt legalább az Angol középfokú nyelvtudás (a belső kommunikáció angol nyelven folyik)
- Customer Service-ben vagy IT támogatásban szerzett tapasztalat előnyt jelent
