- Hantering av biljettens livscykel
- Samordning mellan kunder, resolvergrupper och 3:e part
- Incidenthantering och eskaleringshantering
- Fjärrfelsökning.
- Upprätthålla övergripande ägande av användarens problem och tjänst och se till att de får lösning inom en rimlig tidsram.
- Ge en första bedömning av brådskande och affärspåverkan på alla supportsamtal.
- Hantera serviceförfrågningar, programvaruinstallationer, nya datorinställningar, uppgraderingar etc.
- Hantera uppfyllandet av förfrågningar enligt definierade arbetsflödesuppgifter, åtkomsthantering via flera portaler.
- Ge feedback om förbättringsförfrågningar till IT angående teknikmiljö och kundbehov genom de definierade processerna.
- Stöd följande tekniker: Microsoft Office-produkter - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP, stationära datorer, bärbara datorer, skrivare, nätverkskopiatorer, nätverkskort, grundläggande LAN / WAN-anslutning och andra som tilldelats.
