- University or College degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in Transaction Services (due diligence) Strong accounting background.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English
- Outstanding IT literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and solve complex tasks
- Self- motivated, and confident personality
- Assume responsibility for specific projects in due diligences
- Analyzing business to identify key drivers of financial performance
- Prepare reports on findings
- Ensure high-quality output and timely execution of M&A projects
- Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan
