    • Drafts, assesses, analyzes, negotiates, and finalizes contracts and agreements
    • Negotiates transactions and agreements governing licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances with outside business entities and organizations
    • Develops, implements, and maintains asset protection strategies and legal risk
    • Helps to guide and shape policy regarding personnel
    • Organizational law and help to define the relationship rights and responsabilities
    • Advises senior staff on regulatory policy as it relates to business operations
    • Work closely with the team to prepare comprehensive briefs and motions on each case that goes to trial; prepare persuasive motions
    • Monitor legal risk in the documentation and advise clients appropriately
    • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions

    • 5 years professional working experience
    • Hard-working and highly qualification
    • Higher education degree
    • High level knowledge of English languages
    • Other languages are a plus – especially knowledge of Serbian-Croatian or French language
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Multitasking personality
    • Accuracy and attention to details
    • Can represent our values and family
    • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Litigation experience
    • Anticipation and long term vision and thinking
