As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the proper transactional flow of the Accounts Receivable (AR) processes by supporting performance delivery against process level KPI's and influencing change management strategies.

• Support business users, and team members to understand AR processes and systems
• Ensure AR transactional activities are delivered with a high standard of service
• Support and coordinate the processing of reconciliation, investigation, and cash receipts queries and oversee the initiation of corrections within the AR system for the businesses in a timely and efficient manner
• Issue resolution when dealing with internal users and customers, with a focus on agility, accountability, and outstanding communication
• Support and educate internal users in navigating AR processes in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop, manage, and report AR performance metrics/KPIs
• Act as point of contact for AR processes for the team members for escalated issue resolution
• Ensure training for team members on AR processes
• Standardize and harmonize key AR transactional processes
• Working closely with key internal customers to ensure integrity and compliance of processes
• Flawless execution of developing and implementing business transition activitiesRequirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy, Business or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable
• 3+ years in acting as Subject Matter Expert in Accounts Receivable
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with suppliers.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
