- Reconcile specific Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
- Prepare journal entries, maintain ledger accounts, and perform account reconciliations according to Accounting Policy.
- Analyze financial statements, monthly reports, and conduct margin trend analysis.
- Assist in audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
- Implement best practices to improve accounting processes.
- Solve complex problems independently, seeking guidance as needed.
- Handle daily transactions and resolve customer/Third Party queries.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, ensuring quality deliverables.
- Timely communication of issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Foster communication within the team and across TCS members.
- Attend weekly calls and maintain strong business relationships.
- 3-4 years of relevant RTR (accounting) experience.
- Graduate or equivalent in Finance and Accounting.
- Business fluency in Spanish and English.
- Working experience with ERP is mandatory.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint).
