Job Purpose

Requirements:

• University degree in Meachnical, Electronical or Machatronial Engineering
• 3-5 years relevent experience on similar field
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and lean deployment, S
• Superior communication skills, self-starter and results-orientated personality
• Hands-on capability with good knowledge of manufacturing.
• Ability to use CAD (Creo,Inventor or AutoCAD) to design fixtures and analyze product designs.
• Strong background in interpretation of Engineering drawings/specifications, and manufacturing process planning/evaluation.
• Strong Analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
• Fluency in English

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Design & specify, procurement and validation of manufacturing, machine, stamping die, test tooling/fixtures, machines and equipment retrofit, improvement on existing and running equipment
• Lead PFMEA and Process Mapping activities to identify manufacturing risks and optimize build processes
• Define and management of the Layout modification link to the equipment that are included into his project responsibilities
• Development of processes and procedures
• Preparation and release of Work Instructions detailing of all processes
• Creation of product routings within SAP system
• Support all aspects of pre-production and post-launch production through to project closure (from process definition until the introduction as mass production which is running on quoted performance)
• Manage the acceptance of the equipment by the Plant department like HSE, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering
• Develop and implement training programs for process colleagues regarding new technologies, products, manufacturing systems
• Influence design to ensure new designs are optimized for manufacture, performance, yield and cost
