    HR Business Partner represents the HR function and engages with Győr factory leadership and team leaders, linking the business and people agenda. Builds strong relationships, advise managers and employees based on professional expertise.
    HR Business Partner sets high standards and commitment to continuous improvement. Drives for positive change, especially at engagement matter and employer branding, also demonstrates professional efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. The position holder should be able to manage multiple tasks, also handling of complex nonstandard situations in a fast-paced environment.

    • Establish close cooperation and communication among different factory functions: Production, Engineering, Maintenance, QHSE, Supply Chain, etc., also across Headoffice and Factory in ways which motivate people to work for Intersnack, drive achievement of business targets in order to sustain customer satisfaction and employee engagement as well.
    • Build and maintain influential partnership with managers to ensure that people management solutions properly support current and future business needs.
    • Take initiative and contribute to developing new or change current processes and managing moderately complex projects
    • Provide consultancy and support on People Management processes, programs to all stakeholders to have real impact on our overall business success
    • Supports employees to be motivated to perform and develop their talent and skills and to contribute to company success.
    • Strong cooperation with Head of HR, factory leadership and employees, IWS(LEAN) pillar lead team, HR teams in Győr and Headoffice, functional leads.
    • Execute IWS people and organization programs, Cultural Action Plans and ORG/ET masterplan. Processes have to be in line with HR directions.
    • Monitor IWS Organisation/ET pillar activities and scorecard.
