- Being first point of contact for B2B or B2C partners (e-mails, phone calls)
- Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.
- Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
- Cooperating with other departments (e.g. sales)
- Managing orders for a specific region
- Focusing on the transactional success of the order entry and its qualityElvárások / Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English and French/German/Italian/Polish/Hebrew/Spanish are a must (written and spoken)
- Ability to keep deadlines whilst identifying errors and recommend process enhancements
