- Document verification, distribution and filing of quotations, orders or reports
- Support and creation of Service quotations including calculations and specifications
- Collection of sign offs
- Provide required information (customer or internal information)
- Billing preparation
- Budget Controlling (presales and service PO ́s)
- Set up, preparation and analysis of reports for the customer (if necessary from customer tools, SAP)
- General administrative task
- Active communication to related interfaces (Service Management, Sales Team, Contract Admins, Customer, etc.)
- Follow up and collecting of open queries of the related interfaces
- Establishment and maintenance of relationship networks to the above-mentioned relevant interfaces to ensure a smooth process flow
- Distribution of important information to the team
- Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual security events or other security risks to the organization
- You have one to two years professional experience in the IT environment.
- You have good verbal and written communication skills in German and in English.
- You can use MS Office and its applications, especially Excel.
- You have a process and service-oriented mindset.
