18 JUL 2022 – 31 AUG 2022 – Budapest, Hungary TESTING ASSISTANT – INTERNATIONAL TESTING AGENCY 

I was responsible for examining and keeping track of the athletes' paperwork. 

Being in charge of quality assurance I used to process sensitive ITA documentation by verifying the quality of the received forms. 

To adhere to the policies and standards of the organization, I was responsible for identifying and reporting non-conformities in forms. 

Performing administrative tasks, I uploaded and updated information about athletes in ITA's customized system software.

MAY 2019 – AUG 2020 – Rawalpindi, Pakistan ASSISTANT MANAGER HR – ASKARI GROUP OF COMPANIES(AWT)

 I provided assistance in recruitment by drafting job descriptions, posting job advertising, and scheduling interviews. 

Critically Analyzed the performance evaluation forms of employees and suggested the dimensions to be added. 

Using the Enterprise Resource Planning System, I updated the record (leaves entitlements, database management, overtime calculation of employees).

 I was responsible for planning of training programmes which included the target audience of the training, scheduling and logistical requirements for the event.

 Streamlined the documentation requirements – it mainly included development of checklist of important documents.

 Coordinated with payroll department by providing relevant employee information. 

Dispatched the disciplinary policy and misconduct rules organization wide for employee reference and communicated with specific employees in case of any query.

JAN 2019 – MAY 2019 – Rawalpindi, Pakistan MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OFFICER (HR) – ASKARI GROUP OF COMPANIES(AWT) 

I actively participated in HR functions and responsibilities on a daily basis. 

Facilitated the talent acquisition and HR team with new hire onboarding operations. 

Drafted letters and dispatched notes to other departments.

 Provided administrative support by updating data in database management system.

 I was responsible for working on performance management systems with my manager and reporting the outcomes.
