- Célok és költségvetési tervek meghatározása ország- és termékspecifikációk alapján.
- Piackutatást és építkezési projektek nyomonkövetése, szabályozásokkal kapcsolatos információk ismerete.
- Stratégiai tervek készítése és végrehajtása az értékesítési célok eléréséhez, valamint a vállalat ügyfélbázisának bővítéséhez.
- Az értékesítési folyamat és az utógondozási szolgáltatások (szállítmányozás, pénzügy) teljeskörű monitorozása.
- Támogatás nyújtása a csapatnak költségek és tervezés terén az ajánlatkészítési folyamatokban.
- Kockázatkezelés végrehajtása a pénzügyi osztállyal a garancia keretein belül történő beszedések ellenőrzésével.
- Piac kutatás, értékesítési csatornák fejlesztése, versenytárs termék-ár elemzés és jelentések készítése, visszajelzések továbbítása a releváns osztályoknak.
- Ügyfélkapcsolat-kezelés a vevőkkel megoldásorientált partnerként.
- Minőségbiztosítás, ügyfélelégedettségi panaszok követése a minőségügyi osztállyal, szükséges információk biztosítása a problémák megoldásához.
- Értékesítési előrejelzések készítése és megosztása a termelési tervezéshez.
- Státuszfrissítések és riportok megosztása a releváns osztályokkal a termelési prioritások meghatározása és az ügyfél elégedettség biztosítása érdekében.
Munkaköri követelmények
- Felsőfokú végzettség, előnyben részesítjük mérnöki területen, (építő, építész, gépész) vagy kapcsolódó területen szerzett diplomát.
- 5+ év tapasztalat az értékesítés területén, előny az építőanyag-gyártó cégeknél szerzett tapasztalat.
- Kiváló kommunikációs és tárgyalási készség, ügyfélközpontú hozzáállás.
- Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás.
- Erős számítógépes ismeretek, különösen az MS Office programokban.
- Rugalmas, önálló és csapatjátékos munkavégzés, képesség a hatékony időgazdálkodásra és a prioritások kezelésére.
- Országos utazási hajlandóság, jogosítvány.
