- A szállítmányok elemzése (például a súly, a méretek, a származási hely, a rendeltetési hely, a szállítási igények és a rendelkezésre álló idő alapján)
- Információk gyűjtése az anyagok, áruk és termékek rendelkezésre állásáról.
- A szállítmányok nyomon követése az átvételtől a végső kiszállításig, ezek alapján a vállalati rendszerek megfelelő frissítése.
- A küldeményt követő, illetve a helyszíni szoftverprogramok kezelése.
- Szállítmányozási megrendelések leadása a logisztikai szolgáltatóknál.
- Adatok rögzítése, karbantartása és frissítése a vállalat irányítási rendszereiben, beleértve az OTM-et, az SAP-t és az MTA-t.
- Koordináció a különböző logisztikai részlegekkel a zökkenőmentes munkafolyamatok biztosítása érdekében.Elvárások / Requirements
- 1+ év tapasztalat a logisztika területén (üzemeltetésben vagy feldolgozásban szerzett tapasztalat is jó lehet)
- Folyékony, tárgyalási szintű angol nyelvtudás.
