- Különböző beszállítók számláinak feldolgozása: ellenőrzés, egyeztetés, könyvelés
- Kapcsolattartás a szállítókkal, problémák kezelése
- Részvétel a havi zárási feladatokban, riportolási feladatok ellátása
- Fizetési napokra a kiegyenlítetlen tételek feldolgozása
- Aktív részvétel a folyamatok átvételében egy jelenleg is futó tranzícióban
- Közös e-mail boxok kezelése
- Nyitott megrendelés riportok készítése, elemzése
- Nyitott szállítói tételek egyeztetése, elemzése
- Szállítói egyenlegközlők kezelése
- Projektekben való részvétel és támogatás (pl. tesztelés, folyamatoptimalizálás stb.)
- Legalább 2 éves tapasztalat a szállítói számla könyvelési területen (AP), de pályakezdők jelentkezését is várjuk
- Kiváló angol nyelvtudás (rendszeresen használni kell)
- Pénzügyi/számviteli jellegű középiskolai vagy főiskolai végzettség
- Kiváló csapatmunkára való képesség
- Önálló gondolkodásmód, precizitás
- Kiváló problémamegoldó képesség
- SAP rendszer ismerete előnyt jelent
- Multinacionális tapasztalat előnyt jelent
