- Főkönyvi tranzakciók könyvelése és dokumentálása, társosztályok által összeállított korrekciós könyvelések feltöltése;
- Tárgyi eszközök kezelése, számlák egyeztetése és dokumentálása, amortizációk elszámolása; Investment Order létrehozása;
- Hó- és évzárási folyamatok támogatása a hózárási naptárnak megfelelően;
- ÁFA bevallások és riportok elkészítése, ÁFA egyeztetések;
- Belső ellenőrzési folyamatok elvégzése, banki egyeztetések lefolytatása
- Az AP-, AR-, PSM csapattagok segítése a könyvelések koordinálásával és kérdések megválaszolásával;
- Határidőknek és SLA-knak való megfelelés;
- Problémák és standard folyamatoktól való eltérések jelentése a menedzsmentnek;
- Intrastat adatszolgáltatások megküldése;
- Folyamatdokumentációk felülvizsgálata;
- Zárási folyamatok támogatása, Egyes mérlegsorok egyeztetése.
- Felsőfokú végzettség, lehetőleg pénzügyi orientációval
- Aktív, magabiztos közép szintű angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
- Minimum 1 év pénzügyi területen szerzett tapasztalat ideálisan hasonló területen
- Precíz munkavégzés
