- Supervision of the end-to-end accounting activities
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators, by working with the accounting supervisors and coordinators.
- Manage overall team performance by driving an engaged and proactive mindset.
- Ensuring team utilization, holiday balance and mandatory trainings are on track with the set guidelines.
- Setting and executing mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery.
- Proactively informing of issues to the Record-to-Report Manager and drive the resolution.
- Drive Interviews and make decision on team fit and salary.
- Ensure process improvements and harmonization's are executed within the teams.
- Monitor the accounting activities globally, drive change and integration.
- Proposing off-cycle increases and promotions to the R2R Manager.
- Executing of timely performance reviews within the teams.
- Other duties as ordered by the manager
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
- Preferable 6 years of relevant experience, of what 2 as supervisor or similar.
- University degree or similar
- A good working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP)
- Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting and reporting required.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, with an excellent Excel working knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organization and leadership skills
- Great customer service is essential.
