- Organizing and coordinating work schedules to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of production tasks.
- Leading the introduction of new products into the production process, including coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth transition and successful implementation.
- Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency through process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Preparing work plans and production schedules in accordance with customer demand and delivery requirements.
- Supervising and coaching employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production targets.
- Cooperate with health and safety team in the factory, enforcing safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees.Elvárások / Requirements
- Field experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment (galvanization)
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard
- Basic knowledge in the field of health&safety
- Management skills
