- Report manpower absence and illness
- Assembly process chart,PPCS,MRPS maintaining
- Measure costs by standard time,performance and productivity management
- Make operation process chart and work instructions
- Set operation standard time and work station balance
- Design working station, by AutoCAD, Ergonomics, Material Flow,
- Make individual proposals by TPS concept, Suggestions, Small group Activity
- Line stop cost down compare
- Participate in investment and risk anlyses
- Specialized College or University degree
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in relevant position
- Communication in English, both verbal and written form
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools
- Knowledge of bike parts compatibility is a plus
- Manufacturing backgroung is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
- AutoCad and SolidEdge is a plus
