- Development, optimization, and management of manufacturing processes, including handling changes
- Preparation of manufacturing documentation
- Troubleshooting technical and production issues, supporting daily production, ensuring manufacturing continuity
- Supervision, calibration, and programming of manufacturing equipment
- Resolving emerging technological issues
- Active utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP
- Advanced technical degree (in mechatronics engineering and/or electrical engineering)
- Experience in a multinational company (2-3 years, industry experience)
- English and/or German language knowledge – intermediate level; Hungarian knowledge - professional level
- Team player, action orientated and driving results with practical attitude
- Process-oriented mindset, practical orientation, proactive approach
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Knowledge related to ESD manufacturing environments
- Experience in PLC programming
- Active participation in product deploymen
- Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
