Job Title:Senior Accounts Payable Representative – Query Management/Issue Resolution

Reports to: Team Leader, Accounts Payable – Query Management/Issue Resolution

Group / Division: Global Business Services

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for query management and AP reconciliations (direct debit, open items) for EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with internal partners to ensure the resolution of any vendor account open item.
• Maintain and update all process documentation.
• Ensures quality in customer service levels is maintained both internally and externally.
• Reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Resolving queries and liaising with vendors and local purchasing teams via e-mails and phone calls
• Ensure timely management and reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Clearing the Direct Debit accounts

Minimum Requirements:

• Advanced English skill (ability to liaise confidently with external and internal stakeholders via phone and email) is a must
• Accounts Payable experience (internship is also considered)
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assigned tasks
• Must be detail-oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and customer-focused with attention to detail.
• Experience in high volume, multi-entity, multi-currency processing function

• Need to be able to process large volumes of information efficiently.
