- Typically, responsible for projects related to area strategy, -structure or -tooling and complex business engagements
- Participate and lead complex projects and change initiatives for business area (e.g. OFN transfer to ServiceNow)
- Liaise with all levels of the business area to ensure best practice and continual improvement in service delivery (as counterpart to Operational excellence)
- Enable business teams to run sufficient review sessions on processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvements
- Support Management to translate agreed business objectives into business plans and support their transformation
- Prioritize projects and activities to ensure timely completion of milestones and targets
- Acting as a coach providing project management skills and expertise to other members of the area
- Achieve profitability and customer satisfaction on projects through astute commercial planning and management
- Develop, build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve project objectives
- Produce management reports to provide up to date information on project progress
- Create sufficient project documentation to enable successful project outcomes
- Coordinate and plan resource requirements to ensure project deadlines are adhered to
- Compliance with Projects Practice lifecycle to ensure best practice
- Maintain confidentiality in all business-related matters
- Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.
- You have experience of at least 3 complex or a minimum 5 regular sized projects.
- You are fluent in English.
- You have an advanced academic background, preferably with good degree level or equivalent qualified in a professional education.
- You have at least minimum 5 years work experience in a challenging environment.
- You have a Prince2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent PM education.
- You are able to design processes, procedures and best practices guidelines for functional areas
- You have Change Management competencies.
- You have excellent literacy, communication and presentation skills.
- You have very good analytical and numerical understanding.
- You have proven experience of Microsoft Office applications and relevant PM tools.
- You are able to organise own and others workload even under pressure.
- You have good administrative workstyle with attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have experience in dealing with and influencing multi-tier management.
- You have very good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
