    Our partner is looking for an Infrastructure - IT Security Supervisor to join their team as a contractor.

    Your new role

    Organising resource planning, shift planning and management

    Assigning, coordinating and monitoring regular and ad hoc professional tasks, taking into account the SLAs of the services provided

    Checking the preparation of the ticket on reported errors and requests, monitoring its quality (weekly ticket check)

    Technical support for the implementation of IT operational services, technical project coordination

    Reporting in writing to the manager/customer any problems or risks encountered during operation

    Updating and checking documentation

    What you'll need to succeed

    You have a solid IT Security and Infrastructure background and are confident in O365 and cloud (Azure preferred)

    You have several years of project experience behind you, but have also worked in the operator and network space

    You have good problem solving and preventative; independent decision making and strategic thinking skills

    You are good at working in a team but also able to work independently

    Coordination experience in a leadership position

    Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, IT technology

    Proficiency in English at an intermediate level

    Basic knowledge of ITIL

    Advantages

    Experience in MIP, DKIM, DMARC, ATP, SPF

    Network security knowledge

    Cloud security experience
