    • Developing and coordinating projects, guiding the team through all the necessary phases of planning within the given timeframe.
    • Cooperation and information exchange with designers. Collecting, analyzing, classifying, and applying the data received to the project.
    • Planning and assigning daily and weekly tasks to the team of architects and collaborators.
    • Monitoring and supervising the work of the team, providing support, and solving problems.
    • Cooperation with the project manager and supervisors responsible for the project.
    • Investment preparation, bidding and analysis.
    • Professional supervision of the execution of works by preparing weekly reports
    • Being responsible for the necessary administrative processes and for oral and written communication with external collaborators.
    • Embracing the philosophy of daily improvement with the active and sincere support of other colleagues.
    • Mutual respect and flawless communication with all members of our team and external collaborators in the spirit of PETITE GENEVE PETROVIĆ values.

    • VII degree of professional qualification, Bachelor of Architecture or M. Arch.
    • Possession of a responsible designer's and responsible contractor's license.
    • 10 years of experience in project development, coordination, and monitoring of projects during construction.
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, preferably Revit.
    • Knowledge of the design processes of different types of objects through all phases, planning, and distribution of activities within the design team, including execution, supervision, and handover phases.
    • Greater decision-making independence in the planning process.
    • Ability to delegate and lead the team through the planning process to ensure full synchronization of the project at all stages.
    • Systematic monitoring and review of difficulties encountered in the execution of works, preparation, and review of construction site documentation.
    • Good English language skills.
    • Eloquence and kindness, both verbal and written.
    • Highly developed sense of empathy and ability to understand the needs of others.
    • An outstanding culture of responsibility, personal integrity, and ethics.
    • Flexibility, positive attitude, commitment to teamwork.
    • Professional, unobtrusive and neat appearance.
