- Provide expert guidance and support to HR partners on compensation matters, including salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages.
- Develop comprehensive compensation and reward programs tailored to the needs of our responsible business area, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Conduct regular market analyses and benchmarking studies to ensure our compensation and reward practices remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Partner with HR partners and business leaders to address compensation-related issues and challenges, offering strategic solutions to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Manage Rewards projects, coordinate the preparation and implementation of communication and educational programs and materials related to benefits.
- proactively recommending adjustments to policies and procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of our compensation and reward programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters, providing training and development opportunities for HR partners and stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in compensation and reward management, with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective programs.
- Deep understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market trends, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- MS applications, C&B software (HAY), HR systems (SAP SF)
- Fluent in English
