- Bachelor's degree or higher education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in test automation (3 years in testing)
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language, with SQL knowledge
- Strong expertise in performance testing
- Proficient in JIRA and version management tools
- Familiarity with testing and development processes, especially keyword-based testing
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Java
- Experience with Selenium, Rest Assured, Jenkins, Git, and TestNG
- Proven ability in independent problem-solving and teamwork
- Adaptability to change with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in the banking sector and familiarity with card systems and technologies is a plus
