As a Project manager I have been directly responsible for development of the fully customized navigation software (features of Electric Vehicle 
and solution for voice recognition) of Jaguar Land Rover in cooperation with them. I managed C/C++ SW and SW QA developer teams 
according to the customer requirements and successfully delivered production ready SW release. I always played an important role in the 
foregoing changes, initiated and executed several process developments in order to adapt to the new standards and requirements.

I gained nearly ten years of experience in the area of supply change and in software development. All my work experience involved working in 
a team-based culture including planning, organization, co-ordination and effective communication with different team members, engineers 
and an outsourced partner. My job involved working under busy production circumstances, co-ordinating NPI, ECO and stock control handling 
with high quality customer care.

Delivered result:
• I significantly reduced the rework rate from 3% to 1.7%.
• I successfully took over configuration control task from the US team and contributed to building up the logistic team in Hungary.
• After acquisition of Ditech Networks I contributed to data immigration and product integration being completed successfully before the

I gained three years of experience in the automotive production field at Visteon as a WERS analyst and later as a Master data analyst. During 
this period my major tasks were preparing and maintaining ECO & RN records work with interior and external groups of engineers. I also 
managed product changes through warranty analysis, design change and production release PMST project teams.

• I developed and implemented improvement actions for data accuracy and workflow.
• I efficiently trained other MDS members from Czech Republic and Germany, creating several training materials.
• I reduced error codes after SAP implementation from hundreds of errors to a few in three months with changing processes and improving
