GMD Cast Hungary Kft. as the part of GMD Group, supplying automotive industry since 1986 and operates into four activities: high pressure aluminium die casting, stamping, plastic injection and sealing.

• Responsible for overall Quality for all Dorog's site activity, works in coordination and transparency with Quality Managers of other Eurocast sites
• Responsibility for customer satisfaction reporting, evaluation and actions
• Responsible of the compliance (e.g.FMEA, Control plan, work instructions etc.) with Quality systems referential ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001
• Responsible for internal & external non-conformance improvement actions (transparent quality feedback etc)
• Responsible contact person for customer communication (Amadeus and other customer portals)
• Responsible for the management of non-conformance (onsite or external)
• Responsible for a cost efficient Quality Management (R1, R2 and R3 costs)
• Weekly reporting to the Plant Manager & Steering team (KPI evolution & actions, 8D status etc.)
• Responsible of maintenance, optimization and development of sets of KPI in line with Division direction
• Responsible for management and development of his/her quality team
• Responsible for gauge control management
• Member of the Site steering committee
• Responsible for the legal compliance of the site with Safety & Environmental topics
• Official contact person regarding EH&S activities and legal obligations for local and state authorities

• 8 to 15 years Experienced quality engineer in industry with demonstrated experience in Quality Management Production & system & management with preferably multi experiences and jobs within quality
• 3 to 6 years Experienced Quality Manager in Automotive industry
• Proven experience in EH&S Management
• Natural Leadership
• Dynamic, rigorous, accurate
• Traceability, 8D, Resolution problem methodologies etc.
• Master all standard IT tools, Excel, Ppt etc.
• Quality certified, VDA etc.
• SQC and SPC knowledge
• Language skills: Hungarian native or Fluent + English fluent

• 6 Sigma Green or Black Belt
• German and/or French can be a +
