    • Ensure Health & Safety Standards are maintained by self, customers, and suppliers.
    • Manage all aspects of new customer programs and other assigned projects/programs to deliver products that meet customer requirements, while staying on time and within the budget.
    • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise cross-functional team members to achieve program goals and complete their APQP deliverables on time.
    • Lead regularly scheduled internal APQP meetings with project teams to get updates, provide direction, and set priorities for cross-functional teams. Monitor their performance using timing plans, open issues reporting, project reviews, and software tools to ensure the completion of deliverables.
    • Update management and executive teams appropriately when project deliverables (sourcing, build, runoff, and installation of production process equipment, tools, and gages, etc.) are not in line with targets and/or schedule.
    • Act as liaison with customers and suppliers on assigned programs as needed, including leading regularly scheduled project review meetings with customers to review project and deliverable status, according to the customer's requirements and project needs.
    • Ability to read/interpret product drawings.
    • Experience using PLM and/or program management software is a plus. Ability to manage programs in a program management software solution will become a requirement. (Training to be provided.)
    • Required to travel to manufacturing facilities and/or customers, which may include flying and other means of transport.
    • Responsible for coordination of engineering changes for parts, including cost evolution and timing.
    • This position indirectly supervises cross-functional teams that are assigned to projects/programs.
    • Location Specific, Hungary (some case interact with other plants; eg. Attimis)
    • Cooperate and support of the Italian team at the early stages of the new projects: share ideas, propose changes (till the project plan is defined)

    Elvárások / Requirements

    • Good Understanding of and practical understanding of Quality Management Systems.
    • Bachelor's Degree and related automotive experience preferably in engineering, manufacturing, and/or quality.
    • Leadership skills to direct cross-functional teams with a focus on meeting project goals that include meeting cost, quality, and timing targets.
    • Decision making: Has the ability to make decisions with all the available data.
    • Effective communication in spoken and written English.
    • Goal oriented, ability to plan, and results-based thinking with excellent attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of, or ability to develop skills with various problem-solving tools: 5 Whys, What is/is not, PDCA, 8D, etc.
    • Knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies
