    Currently we are looking for talented people for the role of:

    HRSS Team Leader

    Manage the end-to-end HR processes (from hire to exit) in Cognizant France and Lithuania HRSS (HR Shared Service) Team. HRSS Team Leader will work very closely with HR, Recruitment & business teams and will report to HRSS Senior Manager proactively.

    Your daily and weekly tasks will be as follows:

    · Provide Multilingual support within HRSS team

    · Provide end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees during their Cognizant tenure

    · Manage the HRSS Team in the given countries, inc. people management, weekly meetings, 1-1s, performance evaluation, etc.

    · Strong daily cooperation with Offshore Team, HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization

    · Managing & coordinating the onsite activity of HRSS Team in the given countries

    · Reviewing, improving and managing HRSS processes

    · Reporting regularly to the HRSS Senior Manager with metrics data

    · Be a Single Point of Contact for HRSS team and manage every activity with proper control in place

    · Report issues and challenges to his/her direct supervisor and keep strong cooperation

    · Maintain agreed SLA on all processes

    · Maintain the required trackers and manage the efforts efficiently

    · Suggest proactively automation / transformation ideas to the HRSS Senior Manager

    We are looking for you if you:

    · have College/University degree (preferably in the field of HR)

    · have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    · have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR

    · have 1-2 years of people management experience

    · have strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    · have team player attitude

    · have strong communication skills
