    Your Mission:
    As a Social Media & Community Marketing Manager, you'll help shape our global social media presence and build thriving communities on YouTube and Reddit. You'll speak directly to decision-makers and professionals across industries, delivering value-driven content and positioning our brand as a trusted expert.

    What You'll Do:

    • Strategy & Content Creation

    • Develop and execute creative, B2B-focused strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.

    • Plan, create, and publish content in both English and German – from posts and carousels to short videos and live sessions.

    • Ideate content series, community formats, and campaign-driven posts tailored to different personas and markets.

    • Community Management

    • Actively engage and grow communities, especially on Reddit and YouTube – this is not a "post and ghost" role.

    • Respond to comments, manage discussions, and escalate when needed – with empathy, clarity, and brand consistency.

    • Monitor conversations, feedback, and trends to identify new content opportunities.

    • Analytics & Insights

    • Track and report key metrics (engagement, reach, watch time, CTR, etc.).

    • Analyze performance and develop optimization strategies.

    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends – with a focus on international B2B benchmarks.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, legal, sales, and customer success teams.

    • Support global campaigns, launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Ensure all communications meet brand, legal, and compliance guidelines.

    What You Bring:

    • 2+ years of professional experience in B2B social media marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or a global company.
    • Fluency in both English and German – you write and communicate clearly and confidently in both languages.
    • Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram – you know what works where and why.
    • Strong Reddit affinity – you understand the platform's culture and how to contribute authentically.
    • Solid sense of tone, timing, and platform-specific content formats – without losing sight of legal and compliance boundaries.
    • Basic knowledge of analytics and publishing tools like Hootsuite, HubSpot, Sprout, or Google Analytics is a plus.
    • You're a strong communicator, a natural collaborator, and someone who takes ownership and initiative.
