An international, global leading medical device manufacturer is looking for experienced colleagues for its new start-up location (Tuttnauer Kft.) in Dunakeszi

• Reading blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.
• Outlining quality assurance procedures and policies.
• Ensuring the efficiency of inspections through hands-on guidance.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Preparing reports on the results of quality inspections.
• Evaluating outcomes of quality inspections and proposing corrective measures.
• Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
• Handling and evaluating catalogue item malfunction reports and escalating corrections and corrective actions.
• Evaluating suppliers, vendors and service providers.
• Following-up on supplier performance, including corrections and corrective actions.
• Executing internal and external supplier audits.
• Selecting output samples and checking them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.).
• Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discarding any that doesn't meet requirements.
• Preparing and submitting reports to the quality manager.

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience
• Certification in Quality Auditor or Quality Engineer
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Problem-solving and conflict management.
• Familiarity with international standards (ISO, IEC...)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
• Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
• Working knowledge of MS Office
