- Works closely with the Director of International Indirect Tax and the International WHT manager
- Act as key player in the global withholding tax compliance process
- Assist on establishment of key controls in the WHT compliance process
- Obtaining residency certificates for the company's entities where international WHT is relevant
- Ensure the CoR (Certificate of residency) documents are sent to the relevant customers
- Fill out special forms and handle any special requests for CoR's
- Review and maintain the WHT rate (DTT vs local) tables for OTC and finance teams
- Create awareness on WHT importance within the OTC team and Finance by trainings
- Ensure proper customer WHT set up is in place where applicable
- Managing queries regarding WHT and related legislations
- Arranging WHT refunds if applicable
- Proactively advises on process improvements and involvement in process related changes
- Ad hoc advisory or compliance support for NY tax management upon request
- 0-2 years of financial experience
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP
- Fluency in English
- Degree in law or economics
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
