    Position Summary:

    The Project Manager is responsible for the management and reporting of projects running in Pi2. The Project Manager will work closely and cross-functionally with the software-, hardware-, and laboratory teams to drive timely project completion. Typical tasks include project planning, estimation, execution. In this role you must have strong project management skills and experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct the planning and execution of Product Development projects.
    • Lead multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams.
    • Apply and manage both phase gate and agile project management methodologies, emphasis on simple visual management of projects
    • Identify and pro-actively manage project risk.
    • Develop and manage visual project schedules and action plans (Obeyas, Gantt Charts, etc.).
    • Provide dynamic leadership to teams.

    • Bachelor's or university degree (technical engineering, science or business).
    • Minimum 5+ year's technical or business program/project management experience utilizing various methodologies including agile, waterfall, critical path and others.
    • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience in a structured phased project management lifecycle.
    • Knowledge of product design, product launch, or Production Part Approval Process for 5 + years.
    • Excellent Hungarian and English written and verbal skills
    • Must be organized and able to use and develop filing systems.
    • Experience working with cross functional teams.
    • Knowledge of statistical data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Organized and able to use and contribute to existing record keeping systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Able to communicate both orally and in written form to multiple levels of the company.
    • Excellent computer skills, particularly spreadsheets/graphical software tools (e.g. Excel).
    • Ability to travel to Other US Epredia locations in the United States

    • Working knowledge of quality systems (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA 21CFR820 or IVDR)
    • Knowledgeable about the IQ/OQ/PQ process/ validation and verification.
    • Familiar with product launch, control plans, and FMEA.
    • General knowledge of manufacturing processes.
    • Knowledge of statistics, manufacturing process control and validation, and process capability.
