    Job Summary

    The IT Applications Specialist is part of the Global Applications organization and owns the lifecycle support and continuous improvement of assigned global applications used inside the factories that supports manufacturing operations.

    This role is process and application agnostic enabling flexible assignments of global applications processes based on business needs. As primary IT owner you act as central interface between business users digital factory teams external vendors and internal IT functions ensuring alignment between business processes and IT solutions while maintaining operational stability regulatory compliance and a focus on continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own assigned applications associated with their lifecycle including operate maintain enhance manage configuration interfaces integrations resolve escalations recurring issues coordinate ticket activities using ServiceNow participate in 24/7 on-call follow-the-sun support models handle or coordinate high-complexity issues root cause analysis corrective actions create maintain ensure accuracy required documentation architecture diagrams design specifications maintenance plans installation qualification functional risk-based test scripts execute support testing audit readiness actively support internal external audits regulated environments contribute definition tracking reporting KPIs related system usage availability performance incident trends service quality identify opportunities process optimization automation improved operational efficiency contribute initiatives Agile delivery Azure DevOps automated testing AI-enabled capabilities quality analytics anomaly detection intelligent support.
