Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our crew in Budapest, Hungary. In this position, you will play an important role in providing exceptional customer support to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently demonstrate attention to operational details and leverage required computer systems to maintain a high level of data accuracy and quality.
  • Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate partner departments when to ensure exceptional service delivery.
