    Bérszámfejtő

    Budapest

    Feladatok és felelősségi körök:


    1. Bérszámfejtési feladatok teljeskörű ellátása:
      • Kapcsolódó jogszabályok követése, változások feldolgozása, írásos összefoglaló készítése.
      • Ellenőrző listák vezetése.
      • Iratrendezési feladatok.
      • Bérszámfejtő program beállításainak kezelése.
    2. Hóközi feladatok:
      • Belépő dolgozók adatainak rögzítése, belépő XML állomány előkészítése.
      • Kiléptetés, XML állomány előkészítése.
      • Adófolyószámla egyeztetés.
      • Nyitott jogviszony egyeztetés.
      • Táppénz igénylések benyújtásához XML fájlok előkészítése.
      • TB kifizetőhelyi adminisztráció.
      • Hóközi kifizetéshez kapcsolódó adminisztratív feladatok.
    3. Hóvégi feladatok:
      • Hóvégi számfejtésekhez az ügyféltől érkezett információk feldolgozása.
      • Utalási listák, fájlok összeállítása.
      • Adatszolgáltatás ügyfél és hatóságok felé.
      • Havi rendszerességű bevallások elkészítése.
      • Bérjegyzékek kiküldése.
    4. Önellenőrzések és önellenőrzési jegyzőkönyvek készítése.
    5. NAV és egyéb rendszeres hatósági jelentések határidőben történő elkészítése.
    6. Ügyfél iratanyagának rendezése:
      • Havi számfejtéshez kapcsolódó anyagok, visszaigazoló nyugták, analitikák lefűzése.
      • Dossziék átlátható kezelése.
      • Bevallások és ügyfél által küldött anyagok, egyéb dokumentumok elektronikus formában történő lementése visszakereshető módon.
      • Távozó ügyfél részére iratanyagok összekészítése, átadási jegyzőkönyv készítése, visszajuttatás előkészítése (a titkársággal együttműködve).

    Elvárások:

    • Megfelelő szakmai végzettség és tapasztalat a bérszámfejtés területén.
    • Jó kommunikációs és problémamegoldó képesség.
    • Pontosság, precizitás és megbízhatóság.
