Magyarországi jelenlétünk 2001-ben indult a tatabányai gyártóüzem alapításával, azonban napjainkban már 2 telephelyen és összesen 7 gyártóegységben készülnek termékeink. A gyártóüzemeink mellett Magyarországon működik a Coloplast logisztikai központja is, a PDC, mely 2017-ben nyitotta meg kapuit a tatabányai ipari parkban.
