Main responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a diverse range of strategic projects within our PMO, providing mentorship and guidance to fellow project managers.

Manage project portfolios to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and effectively allocate resources for maximum productivity.
Define and maintain project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while proactively managing changes to ensure alignment with goals.

Identify and mitigate project risks, enforce quality control measures, and engage stakeholders to ensure project success and adherence to organizational standards.

Drive change management initiatives, establish performance metrics, and promote best practices to facilitate successful project outcomes and data-driven decision-making.


Required skills:
Demonstrated history in senior or leadership roles as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
Preferable experience in overseeing IT/SAAS projects.
Comprehensive grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
A track record of managing complex projects, mentoring junior professionals, and adept problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project portfolio management principles.
