  • Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, manage invoices, vendor reconciliations, and ensure timely payments
  • Journal preparation, enter transaction data into ERP system and validate input data
  • Ensure that inquiries and issues from customers and third parties are promptly addressed and resolved
  • Conduct peer-to-peer quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent errors
  • Monitor updates and changes, incorporate them into standard operating procedure
  • Support ad-hoc requests raised by the clients
  • Maintain strong communication within the team and others inside the companyElvárások / Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounting, or Accounts Payable
  • Knowledge and experience of accounting principles
  • Financial (or related) educational background
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines
