We are very excited to welcome a new Master Data Associate, Global to our team

    The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You'll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

    Job description:

    • Responsible for data integrity within the master data management tool (SAP) through data input, reporting, standardizing data, removing duplications, eliminating incorrect data, and identifying and resolving errors.
    • Assists in evaluating effectiveness of master records maintenance and quality of information.
    • Communicates effectively with Customers, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Accounting to discuss and resolve issues.
    • Participates in meetings and on teams to enhance internal communication as well as contribute to establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for master data record keeping.
    • Drives internal control and regulatory compliance through coordination of proper teams.
    • Maintains a full audit trail of master data creation and changes.
    • Other duties as ordered by the direct manager.

    Job Requirements

    • Excellent in English language verbal and written
    • University degree (Bachelor) required
    • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
    • Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines
    • Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills
    • SAP ECC system experience
    • Ability to analyze how data is coming in and how it will need to be organized
    • Be a team player and work well with others is crucial
