Feladataid az új pozícióban:
- A 6 fős szakmai csapat irányítása (munkavédelem, környezetvédelem, energetikai szakértő) és a működésük stratégiai összehangolása
- A gyár környezet-, munka- és tűzvédelmi irányvonalainak kialakítása, fejlesztése
- Jogszabályi megfelelés biztosítása, a tervezési és végrehajtási folyamatok irányítása
- ISO 14001, 45001 és 50001 szabványok szerinti irányítási rendszerek fenntartása, fejlesztése
- Belső auditrendszer működtetése és az akciók végrehajtásának felügyelete
- Részvétel auditokon és hatósági ellenőrzéseken, a felkészülési folyamatok vezetése
- A havi riportfolyamatok koordinálása és az eredmények vezetői szintű összegzése.
- Kockázatok proaktív feltárása, megelőző intézkedések meghatározásának irányítása
- A gyár képviselete vállalati szintű, nemzetközi együttműködésekben
- Szoros együttműködés a gyár különböző területeivel a hatékony operációs működésért
Mire van szükséged a sikerhez
- Munkavédelmi technikus vagy munkavédelmi szakember/szakmérnök végzettség
- Aktív, kommunikációképes angol nyelvtudás
- Több éves gyártókörnyezetben szerzett rutin
- Legalább 2-3 éves releváns szakmai tapasztalat
- Ideálisan munka-tűz és környezetvédelem közül két területen szerzett mélyebb szakmai tapasztalat megléte (de a munkavédelmi háttér az mindenképpen szükséges)
Előnyként értékeljük:
- Tűzvédelmi vagy környezetvédelmi végzettség
- Vezetői tapasztalat
- Auditori képesítések ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 rendszerekben
