    • Collaborate with tax and ARC teams for standardization in Indirect Tax Compliance Framework (ITCF) operations and internal control concepts.
    • Conduct audits to evaluate ITCF control activities, identify risks, and propose improvements.
    • Work with tax team and partners for ITCF risk assessment and gap remediation.
    • Drive engagement through communications and training on tax risk management.
    • Analyze quarterly ITCF data for bi-annual risk management reports.
    • Design and implement tax risk insight reports for trend analysis.
    • Contribute to digital initiatives, enhancing risk identification processes.
    • Connect with key players in bp, fostering relationships and supporting learning.
    • Guide junior team members in control testing, audit oversight, and process improvements.

    • Seasoned professional with 6-8 years in Indirect Tax Advisory, Audit, and Compliance.
    • Deep understanding of global Indirect Tax rules and their impact on end-to-end operations.
    • Valuable experience in internal controls and process improvement.
    • Proficiency in tax accounting principles, especially GL reconciliations and clearing.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Proven ability to take ownership, manage conflicting priorities, and strong project management skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with influencing abilities.
    • Digitally fluent in Office programs and proficient in analytical support tools.
