- To lead by example following all requirements, processes, structure while maintaining a can-do mentality
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Team while maintaining operational tasks
- Support in meeting Key Performance Indicators, such as accuracy and timeliness related metrics
- Proactively escalating to your supervisor and/or the Operation leader on business and performance issues
- Playing a key role in supporting the supervisor with training and guidance of new joiners
- Other duties as ordered by the direct manager
- Excellent English, both verbal and written.
- Minimal 2 years of relevant experience
- Must have working knowledge of general accounting procedures and process including GAAP
- Great communication skills
- A good understanding of general accounting processes
- University degree
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
- ERP system (SAP ECC) experience advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and providing top notch customer service
- Great customer service is essential
- Team players with a can-do-mentality
- Critical thinking is a must
