  • Leading M&A transactions and bank financing projects independently
  • Analysis and preparation of company valuations and business plans
  • Managing and performing tasks related to financial and business due diligence
  • Analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities
  • Preparation of decision support presentations, financial models, return on investment calculations
  • Preparation of teasers and information memorandums
  • Analysis of market trends, industry competitor, forecasting
  • Coaching junior colleagues, client liaisonElvárások / Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or Accountancy
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience (Experience in business planning, business valuation, analysis of accounting reports, data management)
  • Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and taxation
  • Fluency in written and spoken business English

  • Active problem solving and analytical thinking
