- Collaborate with design engineers to develop a structurally efficient vehicle for optimal performance in NVH, durability, and crash tests
- Define fixing points, gaps, flushness, and clearance parameters in coordination with the design team
- Perform tolerance stack-up studies
- Create Product Manufacture Information for vehicle components
- Prepare technical reports and proposals on PMI analysis and modeling
- Offer technical assistance for manufacturing issues related to vehicle design
- Minimum of a BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of PMI and application of GPS/GD&T based on international standards
- Demonstrated experience in Dimensional Controls engineering
- Proficiency in Catia V5 and/or Siemens NX CAD software at an advanced level
- Ability to collaborate across departments and understand input relationships
- Fluency in English and Hungarian (knowledge of German is a bonus)
