    Overview

    The Controllership Accounting Analysis Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting compliance obligations and enable strategic decision making across the global enterprise. This role requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking skills with attention to detail, solution-based and action-biased mindset, and the ability to learn and develop expertise in the subject matter.

    Core Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

    Global Compliance:

    • Complete the quarterly and year-end compliance obligations including SOX controls where applicable

    • Participate in resolving auditor questions, and assist in executing remediation activities should there be any process or design breakdown

    • Support Company involvement in matter resolution and audit inquiries with internal and external auditors

    • Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely financial information in accordance with internal policy and external regulatory requirements

    • Participate in compliance projects relevant to policy responsibilities

    Global Controlling:

    • Complete variance analyses, where applicable, and identify causes for variances with meaningful clarity

    • Serve as liaison with enabling functions and business operations to design and implement internal controls and process improvements and assist with role optimization efforts

    Global Business Partnering, Team Leadership and Development:

    • Work with multiple parties in driving compliance reporting obligations and education of underlying processes or principles

    • Collaborate with an action-biased, solution-oriented mindset when faced with challenges by business partners

    • Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within Controllership

    • Assist and facilitate higher sensitivity activities with functional owners and the Global Business Service Center (i.e., payroll, incentive plans, non-standard accruals, and others as needed).

    Global Process Improvement and Automation:

    • Create and/or maintain standardized, global operating procedures across all product lines, where possible, to deliver accurate and timely reporting in an efficient delivery model.

    • Support process improvement and automation initiatives to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

    • Make recommendations to increase efficiency and accuracy of data and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

    • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial and/or reporting roles

    • Experience in statutory and compliance reporting for one or more jurisdictions

    • Ability to be accountable for delivering results on strict timelines

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to communicate to a variety of stakeholders

    • Ability to adapt to changing business needs

    • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment a plus
