    What is the job about?

    The Finance Specialist in Group FP&A, Architecture & Systems will primarily work on, but not limited to, building and maintaining data model(s) for digital reporting. Overall, the position will support the digital reporting initiatives of Group FP&A and One Finance in general.

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Maintain Data Models: This involves ensuring that existing data models used for digital reporting are up-to-date, accurate, and functioning as intended. This may include monitoring data quality, updating models as needed to reflect changes in the business or data sources, and optimizing performance.
    • Support Data Models: Providing assistance to users of these data models, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on how to effectively utilize the models for reporting purposes.
    • Digital Reporting: Emphasizing the use of digital tools and technologies for reporting purposes, such as dashboards, data visualization tools, or automated reporting systems.
    • Participating in strategic efforts or projects aimed at improving or expanding digital reporting capabilities within Group FP&A/One Finance. This could involve developing new reporting tools or processes, implementing enhancements to existing systems, or integrating additional data sources for more comprehensive reporting.

    Your background

    We imagine that you have:

    • 2-3 years of relevant experience especially in the field of data analysis or data engineering
    • Proficiency in written and oral communication in English
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data concepts and financial information in a straightforward manner.
    • Data Analysis and Engineering Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
    • Experience in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
    • Basic Understanding of Accounting and Corporate Finance
    • Preferably knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana, familiarity with SAP BW (Business Warehouse), experience with PowerBI for data visualization, understanding of IBM Planning Analytics/TM1
